Welcome to the Preemie Store! At the Preemie Store, you will find preemie clothes , from micropreemie to going home. We try to provide you with a complete selection of clothing for your smaller baby, from one pounders up to fitting into newborn sizes. We carry less expensive basics at lower than normal retail price to expensive designer clothes, and whenever possible a great deal on all makes and sizes!

Shop without worry - anything unused and unwashed can be returned if you don't need it. We want your shopping experience to be the best possible under the circumstances. We do have a $5 return fee to cover our costs for processing your order and return.

This is not a big business and it is devoted only to preemies.The company is owned and run by a mom of a preemie with some help from her former preemie daughter! Thanks for shopping with us!
Quick words of encouragement from a former preemie who sent this to me recently
I was born at 26 weeks(due to a placenta previa bleeding event) & weighed 2.5 lbs. I then went down to 1lb 12oz and had a collapsed lung (when the mortality rate was 60%), and stayed in the hospital, 3 months, until I was 5 lbs.
I have had a normal childhood without any limitations (normal school progression, played multiple sports) and have grown to become a normal adult with a wonderful wife and family.
I beat the odds back in 1955 and have been on the cardiology faculty at a medical school in Chicago since 1991.
So, my message to hopeful parents and those precious preemies is "never give up!" All those prayers won't go unanswered... we each have a reason for coming into this world -- whenever it happens.

Dwayne Boaz James
born June 12 at 25 weeks by emergency c-section to my brother Dwayne and his wife Shynea. He was 1 pound 4 ounces, 12 1/2 inches long. He is still on a respirator but his oxygen saturation is good, steady blood pressure, brain MRI is normal. He amazes us each day. Yesterday, my brother was able to hold him skin to skin. He just started taking 1 cc of breast milk every 12 hours and seems to tolerate it well. Please keep Dwayne and his parents in your prayers. Attached is a photo of baby Dwayne resting on his daddy's chest. God is still in the business of miracles!

Haylee Renee' UPDATE
Was born on January 6th 2008 weighing 2 pounds 10.6 ounces.. she stayed in the N.I.C.U. for forty-five days, shes now home with us and doing great she is on a apnea montior, because she still has problems breathing, and sometimes stops breathing, but she is now a shocking 14 pounds 1 ounce Thank You everyone For all your prayers.. Brayden Luke
born on June 18th at 24weeks by emergency c section. He is my first baby. He was 12 ounces, 10inches long. For some reason, my amniotic fluid disappeared and he had stopped growing. My husband and I have never had a scarier time. The docotors told us it was unlikely he would even make it out of the OR since they thought he was too small to intubate. He has since surprised them all. At 4 days old, he is now 13 ounces, steady blood pressure and oxygen, good urine output, and fiesty as can be! His lungs are clear, his brain ultrasounds are normal. He does have a PDA, but so far it isn't affecting him too much so they are waiting to fix it. He is our little miracle and if it weren't for prayers of the many around us, I know we wouldn't have got this far. Please pray for us and God bless you for having resources like this for those of us who have never experienced anything like this.
Sibel and Deniz
My sister gave birth to twins on May 24th at 31 weeks. My niece Sibel had IUGR and was in distress so they had to deliver early. She weighed 1 lb 6 oz at birth and is now 1 lb 14oz. Her brother Deniz was much larger and born at 4 lbs and is up to 4 lbs 12 oz. They are both doing well but since they are still tiny please keep them in your prayers.One thing that we are very thankful for is the doctor had my sister get steroid shots to help develop their lungs faster, both babies are off the CPAP and doing well, we just need them to grow and gain weight.

Hi, my name is Vivian and my grandson Keagan Jon Ramsey was born May 30th. He weighed 2lbs. 15 ozs. He was due August 1st. Please pray for him and his parents, this is their first child. Keagon is still in NICU and is a fighter. They have started him on breast milk, but still give him oxygen when needed.

My grandson was born on 06/07/2008 he weighed 3lbs. he was born at 31 weeks. He has PDA which is a problem with the heart having a flap that is pumping blood and fluids into his lungs. The New England Medical in Boston, MA has been great!!! Please pray for our little boy Mykal. Thank You

Hello, I was pregnant with triplets and i delivered at 22weeks 1day to my first baby Johnathan he weighed 1pound 1oz. He went to be with his Heavenly Father a day later. At 22weeks 2days I had Jayson (1lb and 4oz) and Kaylee (1lb and 1 oz)via c-section. 5 days later we lost our baby Jayson. Kaylee is in the NICU she 1week 3days she is doing good. they have brought down some of her meds. and today they will start feeding her breast milk.
