WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Preemie Store offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold on our website. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 60 days for store credit or exchange.

Items must be returned in 100% new condition within the above timeframe. They must not be worn, washed, or damaged, and all tags must be securely in place and returned in the original product packaging.  If the product is received opened, a 10% restocking fee will be charged, and if it is returned in non-sellable condition (such as washed, stained, or without tags and/or packaging) then only 50% will be refunded.  No pacifiers can be returned if their packaging has been opened.

- Sign into your account at www.preemie.com/myaccount.asp and click on the order with returns. Then click on New RMA (return authorization) to the right of the page. Once this is submitted you will receive an authorization.


If it was a gift, contact us to arrange for a refund on the purchaser's card or store credit. Email me at [email protected] and let me know what you want to return and the order number or purchaser's name.
